WELCOME!
Welcome to your little slice of paradise! Casa de Helen is a luxurious three bedroom house on the playa of Manzanillo Bay just a kilometer north of the village of Troncones. The house is gated which provides you with private access and parking. View the pacific ocean right from the living room and bedrooms. The main floor is an open air living space including a fully equipped kitchen and a barbeque just outside next to the pool. You can also enjoy your beach under our locally designed palapa to watch the surfers at Manzanilla Bay point. If you want to relax in your bedroom to read or nap, all bedrooms are air conditioned. Free WIFI is included.
With years of experience in the Troncones area, we can provide insider knowledge to enhance your stay. We can recommend the best local attractions, dining, and activities. Just email the owner for details.

Policies
Overview
- Taxes, Maid Service (except Sunday) and Wi-Fi are included in all rates.
- Telephone is not included.
- It is recommended to check with your cell phone company for a Mexico plan for your stay.
- Tips are not included.
- Check in time is 4:00pm.
- Check out time is 11:00am. We will be happy to be flexible on the check out time, providing there are no incoming guests.
Deposit Policy:
- 50% deposit due within (5) five days of booking in order to confirm your reservation.
- Balance/damage deposit is due in full 45 days prior to check in.
- Entire house is for one rental party. Holiday reservations are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations are subject to a minimum of one-night rental cost on all cancellations. If a cancellation is made 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be returned less one-night rental. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to arrival date, the deposit can be applied as a credit for future travel. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to the date of travel are non refundable.
NOTE: HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. This includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's and Easter week.
Covid related cancellation policy: if your flights have been canceled or you have a covid-related need to cancel, your deposit can be applied as a credit for future travel without a one night fee charge. Trip Cancellation Insurance is advised and can be obtained from your travel agent or checking with www.travelinsured.com or www.1TravelInsurance.com.
Driving Directions
- Casa de Helen is located approximately 50 kilometers (30 miles) north of the airport.
- Follow Highway 200 north through Zihuatanejo until you see signs to direct you to Ixtapa and Lazaro Cardenas. Follow the road to Lazaro Cardenas. (As you approach the top of the hill just north of Zihuatenjo , you need to be in the right hand lane to enter Highway 200, then move into the left-hand lane towards Lazaro Cardenas.)
- About 21 kilometers exit left to Playa Troncones. Cross the highway, turn left and follow the signs to Troncones. CAUTION: THERE CAN BE LARGE POT HOLES and ANIMALS ON THE ROAD AT TIMES.
- Continue 3K and drive to the end of the road. Turn right and drive 3.5K. Just past the hotels EDEN and TRONCO BAY is our wooden gate for Casa de Helen.
- We recommend you unload people at the gate as the ramp down is high and can scrape the bottom of a car. Parking within the gated area is only for our guests.
